This rack is priced at around $225 without any sales, with $140 being the lowest price I believe. For the price it's very good. Only bad thing I'll say is that the rear cross brace might be in your face when doing squats. The steel is 2x2 14 gauge I believe, instead of 2x3 11 gauge used on more expensive racks.

Any suggestions on this.

I have been trying to buy one of these since last Sep and waiting for the price to drop back down. They have not been $150 since last July.

Do you guys see this going back down towards $150, or should I just pull the trigger?

Isn't this a better deal? It comes with the bench also.

Idk it seems a bit flimsy...Also the other comments say the safety catches don't go low enough for flat benching.

I wish this had tighter hole spacing around the bench area, I think it's the only deal-breaker for me.

I bought a couple months back and love it. Make sure your ceilings are high enough. The safetys go all the way to the ground so not sure how those wouldn't go low enough

gonna chime in to help answer some questions. bought this last year for $140. at $140 i think its a steal. $200 would still be worth it if i needed now. personally, i would try to hold out for better price.

solid even at 2×2. catches can be placed pretty much anywhere so u can do flat, incline, decline or even military. you will want to buy some j hooks with rubber padding or at least cover the incl safetys/catches so they dont mess up your bar. otherwise its metal on metal.

I missed out when it was around $150 (I believe it was even as low as $110 w/o bench if you did no rush shipping on Amazon). At those prices, it's a steal. I ended up buying this when it wasn't on sale WITH the weight bench at full price and it was still completely worth it to me. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and have not had any issues. My only complaint is that I wish it came with some decent J Hooks.

I have this rack. I turn the other way to do squats and that bar isn't in my face anymore... Easy fix.

Agreed, Amazon and Walmart have pushed this one below $150 repeatedly in recent months.

I got this from Walmart for $160 a few months ago. It is really sturdy, even on mats, and I would definitely recommend it.
