Microsoft Store xbox.com free $4 code via email. Definite YMMV

Not sure why but I received an email from Microsoft with the title "There's $4 in this email. And the start of your next adventure." I'm sure this is YMMV but if one other person can score some free credit then it's worth it. Have a good one.

T&C:

You just scored $4 to Microsoft Store. You can use it toward that new game, add‑on, or movie you've been waiting to get. That was lucky. Now all that's left is having fun.

Promotional one-time-use gift code valid for named recipient of this email in the United States. PROMOTIONAL CODE MUST BE REDEEMED BY 3/31/2019, AND PROMOTIONAL GIFT CODE MUST BE SPENT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF REDEMPTION OR BY 3/31/2019, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Promotional gift code offer is nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. Limit: one (1) free gift code per person. Use the code for eligible purchases (exclusions apply) at select Microsoft Stores and other participating Microsoft online stores. You must be age 13 and older. Subject to gift card terms at www.microsoft.com/giftcard.

If you do not wish to receive marketing emails from Xbox, you may opt out in one of the following ways: 1) update your contact preferences here, 2) select Privacy Settings under Edit Gamer Profile on your Xbox console, 3) select the Info Sharing option in Account Management for the console dashboard, or 4) reply to this email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. We will promptly update your contact preferences; however, please be aware that it may take up to 10 days before your preferences are reflected in our system. You may still receive previously initiated promotional communications from Xbox during that time.

To set your contact preferences for other Microsoft communications, click here. These settings will not affect any mandatory service communications that are considered part of certain Microsoft services.

Not much you can buy for $4. Probably to make you have to add a little more to it in order to buy something.

Yeah I got $5 last time. I used mine on F1 2016 for XBOX ONE which is on sale for only $9.99 right now. Dirt cheap.

it's not money, it's a coupon.
A coupon which means you spend $4 less, leaving you with $4 more, given for free.

coupon. money isn't locked to msft store. 4 credit at Microsoft isn't equal to $4 cash.
Hey idiot, it is equal when you already spend money with them and you get to keep $4 for yourself.
