Then take two scoops. That doesn't make this crap. This isn't just protein, its carbs, fiber, fat, additional vitamins, minerals, etc. like a meal replacement. If you want just protein alone, get a straight whey like ON's which is 24g to a 32g serving.

New to this. Struggling to take in over 100g+ protein. Would you highly recommend this? Also is it just me or are you tired of dry ass chicken breast every day 😩

Hah chicken breast diet is hard to do.

This is alright for cheap protein, but it is a little under average in terms of the protein per scoop.

Good for starting out and someone just looking to begin the gains, but bad for those looking for strict dieting and non sugary additives

I bought the orgain powder which has no flavoring and no sugars. Was trying to stay away from the artificial sweeteners. But wow does it taste like nothing haha

What else do u eat besides chicken breast?! thighs are tastier but have so much more fat and cholesterol 😩

That is crap for a product marketed as protein powder. I'm not sure why you buy protein powder, but the majority buy it for the protein content, this only has 45% protein per scoop and the rest are fillers. If you want to waste your money on fillers, go ahead. If it was marketed as a meal replacement, then I'd understand.

No one would recommend this crap if they actually lifted. Go look on labdoor.com that tests products and gives an unbiased rating on them. The top ones include ON and MyProtein, MyProtein is way cheaper and they always have sales. This is currently a good deal on ON at Costco. You're paying 3 cents/gram of protein for the Muscle Milk, ON ends up being 1.9 cents/gram of protein.

I only liked drinking the muscle milk drinks from the gas stations... The powder mix doesn't mix well.

It's probably because more than half of what you're drinking per serving are just fillers (fats, carbs).

A little olive oil goes a long way. Check out Phil Heath or Evan Centopani's videos on food, they know about those chicken breasts. : - )

If your chicken is dry, your cooking it too long...internal temp of 165 is perfect, get a digital thermometer off amazon and you usually can take the chicken out at 160 and let it sit for 5-10 mins it'll be perfect

a better quality/tasting equivalent to muscle milk (quasi-meal replacement) is ultra peptide (by xtreme formulations). but i'm sure only a handful of SD'ers will know what i'm talking about...
