Good deal, $1 per 1000mAh is the sweet spot.

I've had this battery for a couple years and it's held up well. Charges my iPhone fast. Good for travel or keeping in a work bag, but probably too big for pocket use. Every once in awhile it will emit a high pitch buzzing sound when being charged but it's never bothered me.

I was thinking that this was probably a really good deal, and a good value at $12, but I just checked the Amazon reviews and it only has 4.1 out of 5 stars, with only 37 reviews total. And there are several complaints in the recent reviews about the charger stopping working after a few months to a year, so that's concerning.

For $12, I suppose it would possibly be worth it to at least be able to have a portable charger to use for around 5 months to a year or so, but it seems like it's not likely to be reliable for more than a few months. Just an FYI to anyone who's seriously considering buying this thing.
