Would it be possible to get this as epp and still have CITI accept a price match from Joe's AV for another 500 off?

Why don't you just buy it at a retailer then and then PM

Great idea, can you provide me with a link to a legitimate retailer that has it listed for 2,799? Oh, can't find one?
The idea is to get it for 2799 and then price match the maximum allowed annually with Citi for 500 more off. Net cost being 2299.

I don't see why you cant buy it off the EPP and the PM through you cc company. I would read the PM fine print and see whether the EPP qualifies

Maximum cc price match is $500 so that's why you cant buy at another retailer where the price is more than 2799.

Highly recommend avoiding that TV. On my second one now and it's still defective. The first one would get stuck in a boot loop and/or refuse to power on in a timely fashion. Costco sent out a second one (brand new MU800 version), it randomly will go to a black screen in the middle of watching something and try to turn on other inputs. Many people online are having the exact same problems with no solution. Samsung's Tinzen OS so bad that it's literally defective.

Go with the 75" Sony deal for $2.5k. Much better contrast & black levels (Sony has full array local dimming vs. the cheap edge lit on the Samsung). Way better operating system & remote.

edit: My .edu worked allowed me to get the EPP pricing, wow. Even though I can get a Samsung 75" Q7F QLED for $2.8k, I think I still might opt for the Sony 75" X900E. rtings has the Sony LED LCD outperforming the QLED Q7F, wow. TIL: Sony's midrange is as good or better than Samsung's high end.
