Proof of purchase is not required, but requested. Strange.

yeh that's weird... for most things it's not required for 1 main reason.... most of the suits are years old and they know most people will not keep receipts... i.e... there was one for orbit gum back in 2014............. well who on earth keeps receipts for a pack of gum? LoL......

i got a 108.69 from a blue buffalo settlement today... without proof it was 10 and since i had the receipt in my petsmart account i got 108.69 like many others.....

Is there a way to select multiple dates for my purchased items?
I bought 4 of super concentrate over the course of the year.
The claim form ask for Quantity Purchased and then only an option for one date.
Am I suppose to enter a date per purchase or just group them all together?

I've seen some class action lawsuits where receipts are not required, but are still requested. I don't think it's that unusual.

I generally can submit most online receipts because I rarely delete my emails, but do not keep offline receipts whatsoever, so I generally have to guess amounts and dates. I'm glad that's an option.

I couldn't figure out how to do it. I wanted something similar: I bought the same item from two different stores, but I could only state one store.

Bummer, my 2.5 gallon purchase in May of 2015 doesn't qualify. I thought I had a good one here. Frown

I remember getting this on Amazon for almost nothing, it was on SD back in Nov No wonder Amazon was trying to get rid of stock.

Ya, I got two of the same, or actually I got the super concentrate.

Only receipt I have for the stuff is from that deal. the others were picked up in HD in store. Would be nice if they let you upload a receipt for some and declare under penalty of perjury blah blah for the rest.

I actually stopped using the stuff when I bought the two from Amazon. Not sure what to do with it but hopefully I'll get reimbursed Big Grin

Oh this disclaimer will stop the deluge I am sure!

"NOTE: If you do not qualify for this settlement do NOT file a claim.
Remember: you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim"

With only 20 mil in the fund, be prepared to get a follow up letter requesting proof. Same thing happened with TD Bank penny arcade lawsuit. And then your name probably gets added to some list somewhere :/

Not to mention this is all Monsanto...not interested in going toe-to-toe with them.
