You should probably edit this title to say cash back instead of money back.

Actually, it should probably say "cashback in points"

I made an order over $50 of qualifying products and it said I only earned $0.46 in cash back!! I checked my order email and for some reason they split the single order up into two orders. I will definitely be on chat with them about that

Was it $50 before tax? 460 points sounds like you only spent $46.

I think you're right. It added an extra coupon I'm not accustomed to seeing. Cancelled the order and will re order with an extra shirt or something.

I got it cancelled and reordered with an extra item. This time it didn't give me that surprise coupon lol.

I got a much-needed coat, and 3 nice shirts. When the points come I'll get some jeans for the kids!

I saw an ugly $50 craftsman hoodie marked down from $100 and I stopped right there.

$100 craftsman hoodies give me a break.

Just wait a few months $50 will get you way more at sears when they go bankrupt and start liquidating.

This deal has been going for a little while now. Ordered a jacket and a couple filler items last week for pickup. Of course Sears didn't have one of the filler items, so I picked to have it shipped to me. I picked up the other stuff and my order still says 'Ready For Pickup'. Meanwhile, filler order is nowhere to be found, no email about it, nothing, which will likely mess up my points at the end. Chatted with Sears and the rep. supposedly put a note in my account to give me points, but who knows anymore...anyway I sent an email off to shopyourway as the Sears personnel apparently just can't give out points. (I'm waiting for a response).

So TL;DR: If you do this deal, try not to throw in cheap filler items...it's best to spend as close to $50 as possible on a single item. You might be better off having it shipped as I don't think Sears' inventory knows what is what anymore or how to handle in store pickups/out of stocks. And if/when you do get points, spend them up quick. I plan on burning up mine up on household essentials at the last remaining Kmart store in my immediate area, and I think it will be my last ever purchase from Sears/Kmart.

When they close down, the "liquidation" prices are worse than their regular sale prices, but the stupid sheep flock to the store like they're actually getting a good deal.

Just a tip. Points are credited to your account once you pick up all items or everything is shipped, as applicable. Max $50 per account holder so it may not work on the second order.

When I was on chat with them they manually added $4 in points into my order since I "lost" those points on the first order that I cancelled.

Note that points will expire in 14 days, per the fine print, so be ready to use them fairly quickly.
