Just pretty much cleaned out the local Walmart of Bosch ICON wiper blades they had in the clearance aisle. The other day they were $9.00. My wife works there and I told her to call me if they mark them down more. Called today that they were $4.50. So I went bought all the 20, 22 and 24 inch A and B blades they had for our two cars.

Many SD members still don't believe employees will snatch the deals up first when learning of a slick deal. They think calling ahead as a retail consumer is the way to go. Hello, human nature...

Good for you OP. Thanks for your post, and honesty.

My wife couldn't have bought them until she got off work. At Walmart an employee would have to hide an item since they can't buy it themselves until lunch or they get off. Calling is dumb, because that just tips off employees about the deal that they probably didn't even know about.

That's what I am saying with slightly different words. People don't think employees would snatch them and buy or hold for friends relatives if they called in. Then deceive you on the phone. Can't find any. Stock report must be wrong. Hence #1 rule is Don't call. But every so often someone says it isn't worth their time to drive. that just means leave it for someone with the time and willingness instead of spoiling it for everyone.

I was wondering about the OE blades. Those only have non standard connections? My one car takes a 24A on the driver's side and a 20B on the passenger side. I was wondering if it really mattered if you used an A or B blade as long as the size was right? Any other brand if you need a 24 inch blade they just have one 24 inch blade and they always seem to work.
