I'd rather buy a new grey market for $1370 since 90 days warranty is garbage. If it's not broken on day one, it won't break in the first year.

So you would rather have zero rranty.

Also Nikon wont repair any Grey market...even if you pay

Yes, that's exactly what I said.

I'd rather have new, with no warranty than old with a paltry 90 days that will not be used.

Most things either arrive malfunctioned or they simply will last passed the warranty period.

In all the tech trash I've bought in the last decade, I've never needed to use the warranty. Either the stuff crapped out within the return period (like my Samsung Odyssey last week) or it broke well beyond the warranty period.

90 days is trivial and if the camera hasn't done something weird by the first week of use, I can tell you it's not going to break within 90 days. Hence, if you're not using any warranty, then just buy new.

Obviously there are folks that have used warranty before, but it's so extremely rare. Buying used to effectively feel good for 90 days rather than buying new for $130 more bucks seems like logical nonsense. This is lessened if you use that cash to buy a SquareTrade protection plan though.

I bought a grey market D750 almost 4 years ago and it's been pristine since day one. I did buy 3 years of ST protection, but that's over and I never used it. 300,000 photos for $1400 since 2014 was one of my best camera body purchases ever.

Saving $100 just to worry if the reason a refurb ever breaks again isn't worth it.

I went ahead and purchased one - I previously bought a D7000 refurb from Buydig and it's still going strong (but I wanted to upgrade to FX, or at the very least, give it a try)

I have refurb d3100 then d7200 and was thinking the same. Most of my lenses are refurbs too. Havent had issue yet but increasing the ante with higher cost. Would be interested to see what your experience is.

Not sure why this isn't getting more love. It's definitely the best price on a D750 Refurbished by Nikon right now, even cheaper than when Nikon sells their own Refurb items at 10% off at $1499. For Camera Body's, I'm more concerned about Nikon repairing an item that shows a defect over time, I've already had to send my D750 in for 2 recalls and Nikon handled it for free. If it was a grey market item I would have been out of luck.

I've got my camera and played with it for about a week now - it's great! It's pretty much brand new minus the packaging (and takes great photos)
