I have this and like it a lot, but I got mine when it was the same price but included the battery and charger. Doesn't seem like a deal to me without them.

Same price, 281 days ago

I do see that it's not the exact same model. this one is slightly more powerful (575 vs 530 cfm), so take that into consideration. still, the batteries are a huge chunk of the cost in these things, and I don't think it's a deal without it.

Great deal with battery. The one today is larger and a different model. Maybe merit a $ 125-150 price for today's deal compared to your deal. If a person can wait until April they may get this at that great price.

Home Depot has the Power Smart DB5023 18-Inch 13 Amp Electric Snow Thrower for only $54.99 and available at $68.85 on amazon! Has 4 out of 5 star reviews. I bought this from HD for around $90 on sale last year which i thought was a deal. I prefer this one over my gas yard machines snow blower I used to have. If you can get over dragging around an extension cord, its a great snow thrower.

-The Power Smart BD5023 Electric snow thrower with powerful 13-amp motor
-Cuts up to 18 inches wide and 9 inches deep in a single pas
-Rubber-tipped steel auger throws snow up to 30 feet
-120V, 60Hz, 13 Amp

Available at Home Depot

Yea it would be worth it even if it only lasted one season. I'm seriously contemplating buying my neighbors one lol

Wow thanks, was about to snag this at around $80 not too long ago. Converting it into a hiller for farming. Instead of throwing snow it will throw soil! lol.

I have the 21" mower. How does the 20" differ?

I bought an earlier mode (5011 I believe) for $99 a few years ago. It's done well up to five inches of snow. That's the most I remember having. $55 is a great price. I saw a small gas powered thrower on clearance at Wal-mart for $139 earlier this week. These prices are surprising.

I picked up the 20" mower with 5 Ah battery and fast charger for $299 back in November

Correction - looks like this is a steel deck variant, not sure if it drives the $200 premium, I've mowed some questionable stuff and the deck was surprisingly unscathed.
