I have an older version of this monitor purchased last year from a brick and mortar store for $157+tax. With monitors offering the "infinity edge" display and many people such as myself using dual monitors, I would skip this monitor and wait until later this year they are releasing more models.

Also yes, the screen looks off center since there is a 2mm black border on the LCD itself at the top and left of my monitors which bothered me when I bought it. I love LG IPS monitors, but not this one in particular and looking to upgrade to the 34" ultra-wide later on.

In summary, wait until later this year better monitors will be out. 2mm black borders on the left and top of the LCD, and frame is too wide for those using dual monitor setups.

Free shipping and no tax for most. I'm on the fence.

The black border in addition to the bezel is making me reconsider.

I was wondering if you guys know if this was good or not or if that one thing on the back was an issue with the items that was related to the side of the panel where there is likely a small gap that is causing an issue with the rest of the items because when the items were packed it may have had a issue relating to the other side of the item that is the issue that may be provided when turning it over on its side.

The freesync is nice but 1080p is gonna be pretty rough on a 27 inch monitor.

Not even sure why this is FP now. What a stupid deal. I thought there will be some special features that I am missing when I clicked on this deal, but see nothing special here.
