Half the price of the 64GB EVO Plus that was $20 a few days ago, but it's not just a capacity difference: spec-wise, this has much slower write speed.

The EVO and EVO select are actually closer, the EVO+ usually benchmarks ahead. I use these for RPIs and heres what the benchmarks say:

bulk read bulk write 4k rand read 4k rand write
Samsung Evo+ 32GB 37.68 MB/s 20.0 MB/s 12.20 MB/s 3.75 MB/s
Samsung Evo Select 32GB 24.56 MB/s 13.2 MB/s 4.69 MB/s 0.82 MB/s
Samsung Evo 16GB 32.47 MB/s 11.8 MB/s 6.44 MB/s 1.25 MB/s

They're the same card. Amazon just rebrands the EVO Plus cards as Selects as their "exclusives". Makes it harder to get a price match anywhere else when they have a sale, since the model is technically different.

Shutterfly codes used to get emailed out shortly after the order confirmations, but Best Buy isn't sending them out until your order ships now. No big deal for most people, just something of which to be aware.

Is this good deal.. see SanDisk from Amazon generally for 10$ with almost similar speed. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010Q57...WzbQ17ZAXZ

I don't think $20 to spend would apply to any purchase. Seems like there would be limitations. Maybe someone could confirm?

Write speed is shit on both. Fine if they're doing something like video recording, but don't expect quick transfers if you're doing any of that.

Will confirm this. I have the 64gb version and only use it when other cards are full. Slower than a sloth in a race against a hare.

Great deal, but 32 gigs doesn't go that far anymore tbh. That's like two decent sized games, if your lucky.
