hah, groupon getaways have a similar deal but for Yosemite View Lodge in El Portal CA. This one is slightly more but it includes a backpack (valued $340) -

El Portal, CA?

That is nowhere near Yosemite. It is an area around the refineries near Hercules and Pinole, just across the Carcinos (?) bridge.

El Portal is just outside the Highway 140 entrance into Yosemite National Park.
