I have the AOMAIS Sport II and also bought this one for my sister for Christmas. It's a great deal at $33. I don't really need another Bluetooth speaker but at this price I'm thinking about it. I paid more than this for the Sport II on Prime Day and the Go is bigger, louder and sounds better.

I have a couple Echo Dots also and the Sport II sounds way better than the Echo Dots. Much louder and a lot more bass. An Anker Soundcore or Oontz Angle 3 or something might sound a little better than a Sport II, but there's no way it should sound worse than an Echo Dot. If that's the case then I would contact the manufacturer because it sounds like you did get a bad one.

I also bought the AOMAIS Sport II a few weeks ago, but my experience it not as good as the person above me. Maybe I have a defective unit but it is very tinny sounding with little to no bass. I know it is a portable speaker but compared to even the Alexa dot which is just a tiny little thing with one speaker it sounded way worse. So I would be a little hesitant to buy this speaker just because it is a bit bigger.

Picked up a pair to compare to the Milwaukee 2891 bluetooth speaker (was $50). Curious if these larger speakers come close to the much higher-msrp jobsite speakers. Will post my findings, and response graphs.

When the smaller 15w Aomais ball speakers were a SD I bought 2 of them because they also said they could be paired together for stereo sound. One of them worked fine and the other one was DOA. I contacted them through Amazon and they told me that since I had purchased them on sale they wouldn't replace it, only refund my money. Kinda bummed me out. I'm not unhappy with the speaker, sound isn't amazing but works well for my needs. I would just be twice as happy if I had two of them for stereo sound.

I'm really debating about this one, this or Soundcore 2?

I bought two of these last summer at $67 each for my sister to play by her pool. Individually, they are just OK. Paired (for stereo) they were incredible. People couldn't get over how little I paid for such a great sounding system. We got 7-8 hours continuous play at high volume.

Pros:
- Sound great paired (2 speakers)
- Truly waterproof (dropped in pool to test)

Cons:
- A bit hard to pair together. I'll have to reread the directions at the beach this summer
- individually, just OK sound

Bottom Line: At $33 these are a great deal. Buy two and you'll love the way the sound.

I'm sorry but Braven or Fugoo is the only mid priced speakers to buy imo

I have a jbl charge 3.. does this compare at all? When my neighbors blast gospel at 5 am on Saturdays and Sundays I like to play the Ding dong song as loud as possible on repeat..

Yes I'm serious.
