I figure I'll store this in the disaster gear closet! Great for grabbing a few chickens and a rooster on the way to the hills. The hope is to have fresh eggs in the morning and occasional chicken stew! YUM!!
Just going to state the obvious here: this is not something that is made for true outdoor use. This cheap wood will rot in a matter of weeks if left out in the elements. You could potentially seal it with a lacker and put a roof on it, but just a heads up for those considering this. I bought one for a rabbit I'm getting my daughter and we'll keep it in a barn, which this looks perfect for at this great price. Couldn't buy materials to build this for for less than twice this price. Repped!

Don't forget to get a pig too, so he can give you fresh bacon every morning to go with those eggs!
