Good price! Bought an open box from Warehouse Deals for $2.50 more just a couple weeks ago, so this is a really good deal. TU and repped.

Seems like a good idea to get an extra pot for my new instant pot. Thanks, OP!

I was pricing these recently and they were around $25-26 so it's a few dollars cheaper but not sure I'd rate it a "hot" deal.

I had a "magic chef" from home depot with a nice stainless pot but it had the problem where any "manual" time > 30 minutes switched to "keep warm" instead of cooking.....so recently best buy had the insignia model with the nonstick bowl for $40 shipped...picked it up and moved the bowl...will use the other as a backup or to cook a side vegetable like rice when making a main dish. Got annoying when making broth (120 minutes) having to go in 4 times (every 30 minutes) to restart the magic chef. Then again I did get an instapot clone with a $25 stainless steel pot for $50 so can't complain a whole lot. Wish I had not missed the recent deal on 2 of the silicone liners for $1.80. Sold out QUICK.
Camel says average price is $32 and this is the best price, not sure where you are coming up with your pricing comparisons?

I priced the stainless steel pots at amazon over the last 2 months or so. Not sure what item you are looking at but stainless steel 6 quart pots HAVE been available for $26 or so the few times I checked while pricing whether to get a new machine with a stainless steel pot or get a cheap one and upgrade the pot assuming I wanted both my "instapots" to have stainless.

The camel page you mentioned shows november 22nd the instapot name brand was the same $22.46. If you don't care about name brand (and realistically as long as it's the same quality stainless it should not matter) the competitors have similar prices..and might have been the ones I saw.

"as long as it's the same quality stainless it should not matter" but who knows, not you, not I. For something that can be explosive, that is now available for cheaper than knock off versions, seems like a good price. Nov. 22nd was the same "best price" but still average pricing is higher at around $32 and pricing went up after the 22nd.

Anyway of telling if this fits other brands? My mom bought me a cheaper Bella brand one from Macy's. I would like to be able to make rice and the meal without changing/washing the pan.

Um, I know Amazon don't do price difference refund anymore, so what are the remedies if same item was purchased recently at higher price? I happened to use a credit card that does not offer price match (out of all that does!). Also, do they charge reasonable return shipping cost, or would it be inflated? Thx.
