Why use this if Lastpass is free? What am I missing here?

Yay! I'll happily open a new account to cash this in. For the uninitiated these are some of the features that I use often that make it stand out:

*Security audits to make sure your passwords don't repeat (can even autochange a ton of them to make it easy!). Gives you a score and tells you when to change ones due to compromised sites.
*automatically syncs passwords on all devices
*Can share passwords with others securely on the fly (great for sharing Netflix/Hulu)
*Autologin works great on PC (as well as other managers) and Android (noticably better than LastPass), even letting you quickly choose if you have multiple accounts. Never tested iOS.
*Get 6 months free for every friend you get to try it! I've gotten like 3 years free so far haha.
*Creates and saves login information on signup forms with one click (desktop only, the app does have a strong password generator but it doesn't make it as seamless to generate, signup and save in one go).
*Quick fingerprint authentication on Android. If not you can secure it with a pin or your password. Can relock instantly or after an interval you get to set.

I'm sure there's probably more but that's is what stands out for me 😋

is it worth switching from Lastpass (free)? I've been having some issues with the Lastpass android app and it's autofill/popup feature. It works like crap on Android Oreo.

I have Lastpass. Love the export excel function where I can password protect it too. I just bought a MacBook, so it looks like this is better for iOS. So I'm going to try this. Too many excellent reviews to pass up.

Need a comparison chart! 👍

Nothing but nitpicking. This is a huge waste of money. LastPass all the way.

Try the last pass beta app instead. It has Oreo support and fixed a lot of issues I had with it.

Just throwing this out there as an option, but I use Sticky Password (free edition) and I like the fact that the passwords are stored locally. I really like it.

Nothing wrong with Keepass... even more secure that Lastpass if implemented correctly. Just the administrative overhead.

This is for premium membership. Lastpass has a premium membership too. You question is more "Why should I pay for any of these Premium memberships?" I paid for premium Lastpass for years for the Mobile functionality. I just switched to BitWarden since it's mobile functionality is free albeit not as robust as Lastpass' premium product.
