Monoprice RMA

Anyone ever do an RMA with Monoprice due to item arriving DOA? I have tried for a week to get someone to respond to my RMA request and just no luck at all. Granted, it's just a surge protector, but I really doubt I would ever buy anything like a monitor from this company in the future. Customer service isn't even bad so much as completely absent...

Thanks. Was in the chat window for an hour without getting anyone though.... I tried the automated RMA process that is supposed to take 2 days to get a reply, but nothing after a week. Not saying it wont happen, just checking to see if other people have similar experiences with RMA's taking so long. Wouldn't even be so bad if their shipping company GSO didn't have the item (which I had to sign for) on their truck out for delivery for 3 consecutive days before finally showing up. Sure I can work from home, but just a pain in the rear to be held captive like that.

I've had really good experiences with them. For cables that didn't work right (they sent new ones) and also for a monitor that glitched out 6 months in (they RMA/replaced that). Not sure about if they're different about full returns but I can't imagine that.
