I get $5.99 additional shipping and handling. I have had a few of these not work as they are pre-activated. So I'm a bit leary.

normally, it is free for the T-Mobile customer. called 611 couple times ask a free sim to replace existing sim for a reason. CSR made note on tour account to let you go the corporate store to ask store employee to check the notes on your account to give u free sim

Cheap ass T-Mo..a sim that probably costs them .25 cents (likely less) to make and all for the privilege of spending $1,200.+- a year with them.
