The title here says it has HDR but best buy's specs say it doesn't. Anyone know if it does or not? I'm guessing it is Samsung's simulated HDR, and I have 4 TVs that have the simulated HDR, it is not good.

Might be pretty picked over. I saw a slickdeal on this a few weeks ago and scored one at my local Walmart for $498.

It doesn't have real HDR. The TV doesn't get bright enough to meet actual HDR10 or Dolby Vision specs

I believe you gotta be look at the samsung's flagship 4ktvs to get HDR. These don't get bright enough or have the range required for HDR. I have a 55inch KU6300 myself and there might as well not be an HDR feature on it

It has faux HDR where it just boosts brightness a bit. The hardware specs clearly show it is not capable of true HDR

There's a 'boat load' of these currently available @ stores reduced from the Black Friday deal price of $598.
On Brickseek there is a local store with stock of 11 selling them @ $428 so I suggest holding back on pulling the trigger @ $528 for now.

Why buy refurbished, when $550 new at Best Buy?
Where are you seeing that this is refurbished?

Yep. I've actually been stalking this TV on Brickseek ever since that post came out. I didn't have any super cheap ones around my area, but they have now went down from $548 to $528 everywhere. I'm seeing very large quantities of stock of this TV, so I'm hoping they will drop the price soon. I definitely don't think this is slick in general though, this price has been out there for a few weeks at least.

I keep thinking the same thing, I have local stores with 15 or 20 of these in stock. There's no way they are going to stay at this price.

$373 near me, really want to pull the trigger there but they will go lower
