You might want to move the model number in the title so people don't need to click to find out what it is. It does not bother me but, some people downvote if they find out it's not a top of the line set for pennies on the dollar.

Someone gave negative rating already!
Same TV is 50$ more in another thread with positive feedback!

Bought this tv and not satisfied with it. 60HZ refresh rate does not make any sense for 4K tv.
Also faced some wifi connection issue. Eventually returned it. Returning an item in frys is not a good experience though. :p

Unless you are buying higher-end, all of these low to mid range are 60Hz.

This very same model has good detailed review on YouTube by digital trends. I was first discouraged by rtings review until i realized rtings is just overly critical of LG brand and esp. this TV.

If you see youtube review and if you follow their suggestions about settings then you have a reasonably good TV for excellent price.

Here is from what I remember:

Turn off energy savings, turn of eye comfort mode and turn of motion smoothing.

Also, regarding comments about 60Hz. Unless and until you pay more than twice, you wouldn't get better frequency. In fact, there are hardly any TV with native refresh rate more than 60Hz under 2K price range at this screen size. Most have their own software to multiply and hence they give it a marketing names like trueMotion, motionRate, and so on. Here is an article on that.

Yeah I actually have a 70" LG 4k from Black Friday 2016 and it's reasonably nice. I don't think it's the greatest but to get great improvements takes too much $ I think. I had read the rtings and I think they poo poo'd my current one too but for the price I think I probably trek down there.
