I've had Fiestaware over two years and never chipped any of mine and don't really treat them delicately. I'm the type who tosses spoons in the sink from across the room into a sink of dishes. I've seen it chipped in the store before buying when I was at Kohl's though. I have heard its ugly, it is usually either you like it or hate it. I probably spent 120 for my 4 piece set through Kohls over time and if I could do it over I probably wouldn't cause a lot to spend on dishes after the novelty wore off of mixing them. I don't think they are bad quality though.

Fiesta Ware is ugly and chips easily. Plus, food just looks more appetizing off white plates.

12 Years in with ours, haven't chipped one yet, even with kids.

My only complaint is the mug from the one set is too small. Each set has a different sized mug (coffee vs tea) know which one your buying.

Ugly is subjective, but these are the only sets I've had that have NEVER chipped. Their durability is one of the main things I like about them.

Uh, they sell white!
I like Fiesta---I'm going to buy more sometime and replace the LOUD clanky Corelle!
