They just received them a few weeks ago apparently. According to Input Club they were purchased from the kickstarter campaign, but put differnt switches in them. Its a steal at 135.

It retails on other sites for $169.99 too with Kaihua (Kailh) switches too, just different ones. Input Club found that Kailh switches were better than other similar switches including Cherry, Gateron, Outemu etc. Whether you agree with them or not, is up to you.

What makes these keyboards better than other mechanical keyboards with the same switches?

The materials and the build quality is usually what sets them apart. A lot of other keyboards use plastic and their stabilisers aren't as good. The keycaps also aren't as good as they're probably ABS which will develop shine very early on whilst compared to PBT which the Whitefox uses which resists shine for very long. The firmware is also a big part since the Whitefox is fully programmable. Also, while looks are subjective, the Whitefox is one of the nicest looking keyboards I've seen.

I consider this to be an enthusiast keyboard. It was developed by keyboard enthusiasts for keyboard enthusiasts. So they're not mass-produced like the bigger competitors. And everything kotaro_14 said.

why the code has expaired?
It expired. Monoprice will either have a 15% or 20% off soon. They always do.
