Nice price, not much in the way of reviews. The higher performance Adata SU700 seems to be well liked

Better to get a 1TB SDD from Crucial and hook it up with 1 sata cable

For what it's worth, I have had very bad luck with ADATA. I have dozens of mini PCs we use for digital signs, and after one year we had a failure rate of nearly 25 to 30%.

Second time this week that Newegg put this drive on sale for this price. I was tempted to buy it the last sale. They are also selling the smaller 120 GB version for $44.99. I might pick up the 240 for me and the 120 for my son.

Where? I haven't been able to find anything other than a few websites selling it and the associated reviews, which aren't very helpful, honestly.

Instinctually I'd have just said yes, that's stupid, but it wanted to get something to back it up. Here's an analysis I found comparing different setups.

http://www.overclock.net/t/153552...benchmarks

Sequential r/w speeds will be much higher, as you might expect, but you can see that the difference for most other measures is much more marginal. A single 850 did quite well across the board, and 2 850s were probably the best bang for your buck.

Honestly, you'd probably be better off getting a good NVMe drive, or not worrying about it and using an 850 Evo (or comparable drive).

At quick glance, thought this drive was for $29... maybe change the title to just say $69 AC?

Regardless, excellent find OP. TU and repped
