$375 during Christmas time. And no...there is no time machine. Good deal if you want it now!

Why would I want it now when it was cheaper before

This is not a necessity item to want it now...wait and you'll get it cheaper

I ordered this yesterday, had a 100 Costco cash card to use on it as well. My local stores dont seem to carry any receivers, so my UPS delivery guy will be dropping it off Monday. Missed the Christmas deal Frown

Fry's has refurbished every once in a while. I got it for $298 in December and have seen it advertised at the same price twice since then.

7810 is one year newer than 7790 and just got the Dolby Vision update. No reason to get the 7790 if the 7810 is available to you.

the 7790 cannot do Dolby Atmos or DTS:X either.

How is this compared to the Sony 1080 receiver (which was at $399 in Nov)?
