Dell H825CDW Multifunction Cloud Color Laser Printer $169.99 after coupon (or less) + free shipping

$169.99

[UPDATE Feb 22] - H825CDW printer back in stock for $194.99 minus whatever Quill coupon code that's still valid minus 3.5% cash back from that rEBATES site. Staples 110% price matching is another option to get it cheaper.

[UPDATE] - Folks are starting to receive shipping/tracking info, order confirmations and invoices from Quill. Staples price matching is YMMV. One report has successfully 110% price matched in-store for 3 printers. Three reports...Staples has granted price match request online.

[UPDATE] - If the H825CDW is now out of stock, one other option is the S2825CDN. It's the same unit, but without WiFi and NFC. $169.99 minus the $25 off coupon code. https://www.quill.com/dell-s2825c...41962.html

Been waiting for the Dell H625cdw or this H825cdw printer to go back on sale...finally the H825cdw is back. This is a much better printer than the Ricoh color laser for $180 IMHO. Toners are cheaper, too!

Dell H825cdw - $199.99 - $30 coupon = $169.99

1) Go to quill.com

2) Add the following to your cart: https://www.quill.com/dell-h825cd...41959.html

3) At check out, add the $30 off $150 coupon code: 7V387CR5

(update) Code above has expired. Use coupon code QV8DLR28 for $25 off $125. If this code expires, go to quill.com and sign up for $20 off $100 coupon, then stack it with the $5 off $99 coupon code QQ5DLR75. You can stack the $20 and $25 codes, but you must add another item to your order that makes your total at least $225 before taxes.

4) Total will be $169.99 or $174.99 + tax (if applicable) w/ free shipping.

3rd party toners are cheap. This printer also accepts high yield toners as well like this set: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M4O32O1 $58.40 for the 4-color set good for 4000 to 5000 prints.

Another idea to get this cheaper:

let me think a strategy out...

Staples has this for 529.99
quill has this for 174.99 after coupon

use staples price match 110%

price match = 174.99- (529.99-174.99)x0.10 = 139.59 - 16.29 (cn-usa20off60-cost3.71) =123.30 = 119.60

if you do it all right and staples doesnt bs you $120 for this h825 is a pretty damn good deal.

Dont ask me how to do it I will not hold your hand. I have done this kinda crap before with success so i know it works. You buy the item online, than price match via chat. Do not apply the cn-usa coupon until you start the chat or it will mess it up after you chat and get price match. have the chat person price match first than tell them you want to use a coupon too and forgot to apply it and they will apply it after the price match for you.

You could try it in a staples store but from my experience the managers get annoyed very easily and claim they dont make any money off of selling them at this kinda price. Although i usually get them to do it anyways they are not fun to work with and i find the chat people to not care as much.

Not sure if you can stack two $20 off $100 coupon codes if you sign up using 2 different email addresses. You will need to add at least a $0.01 filler to make your total $200 or more for this possibility. I didn't try.

1) Add the printer and 2x of these: https://www.quill.com/lexar-s45-3...26117.html

2) Use the 20 off 100 personal email coupon code

3) Apply: QV8DLR28 for 25 off 125

Brought my total to $186+tax.

You say this is better than the Ricoh printer.... But the printing resolution is less at 600x600 and only $5 less than the Ricoh printer.

RICOH PRINT RESOLUTION SPECS

600 x 600 dpi (Default) (Speed Mode)
1200 x 600 dpi equivalent (Standard Mode)
2400 x 600 dpi equivalent (Fine Mode)

That printer doesn't have duplexing which is a major requirement for most people who need office printers.
Specs say it does

"Duplexing
Automatic (Standard)"

"That printer" is absolutely a all in one (small) office printer.... and its a Ricoh.

The wording is important here. It's not real 1200x600 or 2400x600. It's simulated. The specs even say "equivalent". It's obvious due to the fact that the vertical res is always 600. The printer "fakes" the 1200 and 2400. Also the print speed remains the same at the "higher" res setting, whereas in a printer with real resolutions, print speed would slow in the higher res settings.

I see the manual feed on the Ricoh is the mail slot style. No thanks. The Dell has the standard drop down door / tray for manual feed. Much better.

There will be more available options 3rd party accessory option for the Dell than the Ricoh (like toners and drums). Ricoh will be hard to find and not competitively priced.

I'd take the Dell over the Ricoh.

If this is anything like the 625 version that I bought a couple years ago, it's a solid machine that takes generic toner well.

It is. Main differences are:
1) H825cdw is faster
2) It accepts high yield toner cartridges
3) Rated higher monthly duty cycles/monthly print volume

Any idea how long it takes to get the $20 coupon code? It's been about an hour so far, and nothing.

I got it almost immediately...used my PC. Didn't work when I entered my email using my phone's browser. An alternative to the $20 + $5 coupon code is to use the QV8DLR28 for 25 off 125 if you're not applying both $20 and $25 coupons.

That code worked for $25 off right away. Thank you and repped. Looks like a promising printer.

Rereading some of the first posts here, it looks like I could have stacked the $25 code with the personal $20 code? If so, I might cancel and wait for my $20 personal code.

If anyone has (or can get) another personal email $20 code they don't need, please PM me so I can try to stack.

I've tried twice using different emails and browsers but no code. Maybe Sundays are their day off.
