These days I find it's best not to look only at what price Amazon has it listed for, then mistake it for only having a 10% coupon added on top. Sometimes you gotta do a little bit of your own legwork and search around a little on your own to determine why something is a deal. Part of being a slickdealer.

Not sure if you're familiar with the Amazon price tracking site called Camel.

It shows that the "regular" or average price for this knife is actually around $22 - $23 (and higher) going back to 2016. eBay shows about the same prices for this knife also.

Around this past Dec. 5th, it dropped to $18.09, or already about $4 to $5 less than "regular" price. Then the OP found that an additional 10% coupon had been added to it. So now this normally $22 - $23 knife has a decent discount of about $5.50 - $6.50 (or 25% to 28%) off it's usual price, which ain't too shabby. Doing the research on my own has helped me out a lot when buying on this site.

Exactly...me too. Couldn't think of a reason why, but couldn't think of a reason why not. If CRKT would put some quality steel in their blades, they would be a serious competitor. Their designs are awesome.

It's it designed specifically for stabbing in the neck? Or carrying it in your neck.

Carrying, small fixed blade knives with a lanyard hole and a sheath designed with some sort of friction fit.y
