This is an amazing deal. My buddy purchased this for me with his factory discount (works for Whirlpool, who owns KA), and I paid $53.03.

This seems like a too good to be true deal. It is not sold by newegg but rather a 3rd party. It says it is new so lets hope it is not a knock off. I went ahead and jumped on this for my wife to surprise her on her birthday. Nice find OP.

What are the most common uses for this thing? I'm interested...

Would oven baked curly fries be good?

I do love me some curly fries. Perhaps mix in zucchini, sweet potatoes and oven baked em topped with parmesan could be delicious.

Couldn't you use the $20 rebate? I just purchased mine a week or 2 ago, greatest thing ever. Made the best apple pie last night and it was such a fast process.

The vast majority of recipes using this are for zucchini noodles. I use mine for peeling/slicing apples or potatoes, should I have a lot to do of either.

I've been overall disappointed in this as it doesn't get much use. Though I paid a lot more.
