Anyone know if these are a 100% wool shell (excluding the lining) or a wool blend?

In reality, is anyone wearing a "slim-fit" after 44?

Fat or jacked can't really fit these (arms and belly issues).

Decent looking Blue suit for $60, even if it sucks, wear one-two times probably get your money's worth.
However, reviews say it's a much darker blue/navy than pictured, which is a bummer. Already own a cheapo blue suit.

Never bought a Marc New York clothing item. How good is this brand.

I have bought two suits in clearance sales recently. Used it for two party events. Both were great picks. Slim fit wool suit from JosA Bank for $59 shipped, and Extra Slim Fit Photographer Wool twill suit from Express for $72. Both turned out to be great buys. Like express for the look and feel better. I bought 40R in express, and 39R in JosA Bank.

Inspired by those, ordered a Marc NY blue classic fit suit for 60. Wondering if it was a mistake? Smilie

Do you have the link for these two suits that you speak of?

Are these just the jackets? I don't see a place to choose pants sizes

Pant size is jacket size -7. so 40 would mean 33 waist. I hate that but that's what the product detail says. I like Express where you get to pick what pant size you want

Any idea how much a tailor could widen the waist? I'm a 36R jacket but a 32 waist. I would be getting a 29 waist if I bought this.
