These round trip prices are compiled by Scott (hence, the quote). from this list, i'm not sure what the price represents (from where to where) so you'll basically have to play around with google flights and hope you see something to your liking. Travel Availability is next week thru mid-June 2018 on various airlines.

Um...how is this different than just putting in your dates into Google and seeing if you hit the airfare lottery? Most of the dates and locations (taken between the cities mentioned above) started at $750 and up.
