After all the flowers fall off, try "spiking" the orchid. It's where you cut a stem back just above the second or third "knuckle" and it freaks the plant out inspiring regrowth / new growth.

Plenty of good YouTube videos and it's very rewarding. I've gotten some plants to flower a second and third time, once bigger and better than the original bloom!

The hippie in me still gets sad seeing miracle grow products. I stopped using General Hydroponics because Scott's bought them out

In case anyone is wondering, this is several years' worth of fertilizer (I've had mine for 5). It's a pretty standard synthetic fertilizer containing urea crystals mixed with potassium- and phosphorus-bearing salts. I only use half the recommended fertilizer and don't apply anywhere near the recommendation of "every 2 weeks", which IMO is absolutely bonkers for an orchid. Make sure you flush your houseplants with distilled water regularly if you use synthetic (salt-based) fertilizers.
