Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition includes the fully updated original game along with all six add-ons: Automatron, Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbor, Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Nuka-World.

Simple enough.

That has to be worth the extra buck, no? Not mocking, I'm asking the question.

It's worth the price if you like fallout. I put many days into the game. Yes, easily worth a dollar

I'm still finishing up New Vegas. Haven't played in years but getting back into it. Been keeping my eye on this game. Seems to be a great price. Lowest I've seen is 18 bucks for the PC version so far.

What is the reason for the uproar over the DLC (downloadable content) that has to be downloaded? The vast majority of games aren't on the physical disks anyway, they have to be downloaded.

Definitely worth it, Far Harbor and Nuka World are both better than any of the base content in the game. Also some great mods out there if you are on the PC or XB1, and on the PS4 to a lesser extent.

Probably because it was always on the disc in the past.

That said, I paid $30 for the GOTY edition, not realizing the DLC wasn't on the disc (I usually buy the vanilla game at launch, then wait out the GOTY to go on sale to give myself some time). I was a bit disappointed, but it wasn't that big a deal. I think for $30 it was worth it, so at $25 it's even better.

Someone else said there was only one DLC that was worth it. I assume they're probably referring to Nuka World. Yes, NW was awesome and the biggest of the expansions, but Far Harbor was pretty good too.

The other little DLCs weren't really anything I gave too much of a crap about, though. I couldn't care less about building things, but if you're into that, those DLCs would just make it even better. If this is your first purchase of FO4, then it's a total steal at $25 for the amount of content you'll get, even if FO4 (IMO) wasn't as good as New Vegas or FO3.

wait til it hits $20... The game is great but out of the 6 expansions only two are worth extra time. The problem with fallout 4 is they invested to much on the building aspect.... No one wants to build 40 settlements.. ..

it's a single player game - so that's what console commands are for...
