Ok guys, here's the deal. A brand new Dell S2825cdn Multifunction Color Laser Printer for $150 shipped (after $25 off a $175 purchase coupon code: JAN2018). Does duplex printing, toner is affordable ($50-60 for a full set of toner), Xerox is the subcontractor on it, and the warranty is 1yr onsite repair or replace by Dell directly. Stupid good deal for a printer of this caliber!

Vendor is Quill.com have ordered two of these printers (one for myself and the other for a family member) from Quill with zero issues. The printer by itself is $169.99 so you will need to add a $5 filler item (lots of practical items to choose from) to reach the $175 required to use the $25 off coupon code.

If you or a family / friend's MFP is long in the tooth or it's just time for an upgrade, you will be hard pressed to find one with specs / duty cycle like this for UNDER $300 much less $150 shipped!

**NOTE** Be sure and flash the firmware to the latest A06 (see link below). My brothers out of the box (01-21-18) was out of date (A05).

It does, you need to add a filler item of at least $5 for the coupon to work. It's $25 off a $175 purchase. Printer is $169.99.

Seriously... No wifi is a deal breaker on any printer in this day and age.

My 10 yr old inkjet is wireless...

EDIT: SPECS SAY

Print directly from compatible smart phones, tablets, and other mobile devices with the Dell Document Hub app, available on
the App Store, Google Play and the Windows Store. The
S2825cdn also supports AirPrint™4, Google Cloud Print™ and Mopria™, so you can print from virtually anywhere.

NOTHING ABOUT NETWORK WIRELESS.

OP did I miss this in your description?
If its not in it you should add that info.

TD... I wouldn't spend anything over $100 on a non network wireless printer.... BYMMV

No wifi, but honestly not a detraction in my book. Plug it into your wifi router and you have wifi printing. Not as readily convenient as NFC, but personally rather save a bit more not paying for a near redundant feature my wifi router can do just fine.

No wifi, this printer with wifi & NFC is the H825CDW. I personally never bother with paying more for a wifi printer when I can plug it into my wifi router and accomplish the same thing at no extra cost.

If you park it next to your router (or run Ethernet cable), and have available physical ports open, otherwise your gonna need a switch (which will cost additional money).

Thanks for the deal OP, but like others have stated the no wi-fi is really a deal killer for lots of people. Although, I think you could accomplish near-wifi capability by simply connecting this to your PC, and then creating a homegroup on that PC. So anyone on your network with the homegroup PW can print to this printer. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Just grab an old router, put tomato on it, and turn it into an access point. Boom, free wireless adaptor.

Not for the average joe...and then you'll have to power both devices and connect them with a cable...assuming you have the correct hardware.

For the $20 bucks more on the wireless, its a no brainer (but you will have to wait until the next sale....probably in a week, or two).

that would require the pc to be on at all times.
