Note this is a pretty good deal @ woot and as the filters are the same for the replacement model, filters should be around for quite awhile. If I didn't already have two winix units in the room I'm sitting in, I'd grab this one or keep my eye out for a damaged box version of the replacement model which features auto mode and "pollution" status. If you're pricing HEPAs for a large space this unit at this price is a no brainer.

How does the filter cost comparing to winix? HEPA filter lasts three years, so it is not bad. But I see the Nano Captur filter is very expensive.

(all prices @ amazon, meaning they'll change daily)
The hepa is $33.99 (If it lasts the claimed 3years, that's 3x what the winix filters last while costing ~$15 less than the lower model winix hepa + 4 carbons)
The carbon is $36.96 (yearly supposedly)
then the nano one is $38.50 and lasts anywhere from a month to forever (and honestly, isn't really needed so could be left as is theoretically, especially if you don't have carpeting...)

the 3 year filter cost (not counting nano) would be $144.87 for this model (plus nano if you need it) vs 137.01 for the lower winix toss in that this model is rated for 800sqft vs the winix model I'm comparing it to (5300-*) only being rated for 360sqft you'd use two units to cover the same space so your cost would be double (as mine is since I have a 5300-2 and a 5500-2 cleaning one of my rooms at the moment.)
