The Staples page doesn't mention IPS, but this is IPS according to Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Dell-SE271...06XQNX2W7) and Best Buy (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/dell...d=5996200) product pages.

I am thinking of getting one by buying staples gift cards using the Discover cashback which will save some more.

Thanks for the post.

From where are you planning to get ? Almost all cash back sites are offering 2 to 3% on direct purchase from their link

Solid monitor. Haven't used for gaming, but I use it for work related jobs. I have it right next to a 27 inch spectre TN panel 60Hz, and the difference is pretty obvious. Bought on Black Friday for 99ish

I paid $82 total with taxes shipped to my home on Black Friday for this same monitor
Nice monitor.
I'd buy another if the price was as cheap as it was before.

Extra 2% cash back if you shop at Staples through Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall

I'm trying to convince myself not to buy this.... currently using 2x 24" HP monitors plus a 23" Samsung at work. Upgrading the 23" to 27" would be nice.

It says VESA EDID. Is that not a VESA mount?

This isn't HDR, does it make a big difference for regular work + watching tv?

I bought this monitor 2 black fridays ago. It still works and Im still happy. The pixel density is ok, but of course higher resolution cost more. This monitor is also a freesync monitor.
