This is the first time I can recall seeing this brand. Has anyone actually owned this charger? Or any products from this company? If so, some feedback would be great. Are their products good? Reliable? Is this a good/great deal? A response would definitely be appreciated!

I agree would like to know if it's a good brand. I love anker and Aukey. But this is a good deal if it's a good product. Might bite bullet and just buy one.

Off topic of this deal but does anyone sell a battery with pass through? NO interruption, not even a second

I don't think so. I honestly don't know why this is such a requested feature. You'd get slow charging in both devices, if you got any at all on the battery, and you'd be degrading the battery while losing power to the resistance. You'd be way better off buying a charger with two ports, or one of those split USB cables.

Yes I own this product. Surprisingly, it works great. I've used it from charging my Nexus 5 about two years ago and I'm still using it on my Nexus 6P as well as my wife's Nexus 5X. It charges these phones fast too, not rapid fast, but fast enough than regular wall chargers.
Only thing I noticed is the battery drains more fast this times, but I guess it's on its dying days. We used this like a horse.
Flash light is a gimmick, use it when you can.

Genuinely curious, what do you think the issue is with the rating?

I know people have made a debate about them on SD, but I've also found many are only doing that to defend a product they are trying to promote (not saying your doing that).

Me, I've looked deeply into many deals and their fakespot rating, and I find it very much on point... But I'd love to see an example of it being way off mark, would really help balance my understanding of it as a resource

Does anyone know the total battery capacity is for 3.7V or 5V output?

Hey guys I use a lot of power banks (I actually sell them) this is unequivocally the worst one. Heats up (20k version failed me) and 10k charges 6s+ 2x. (Equivalent of 6000mah)

Can't speak for the 20k capacity, but I currently have two 10k that I've had from October as of last year. They work really well so far.

Any brands/models that you think are best bang for the buck?

I have one niche use for pass-through. I want to put a raspberry pi in my minivan for kodi. I want the shutdown to not stress the pi. There is a way in linux to rig the pi to shutdown safely.

In essence, you have a travel router plugged in somewhere in the car. You run an ethernet cable from travel router to pi. The pi is on the powerbank (plugged into a car outlet) with pass through.
If pi detects loss of lan (when travel router shuts off due to car shutting off), then script runs shutdown.

No passthrough = instant shutdown and restart of pi.
