Solid budget knife with good fit and finish at good price. If no Prime then buy from one of the other sellers for a buck or two more that include free shipping, and whom might not charge tax either. I bought mine on sale at the local Big 5 B&M for $19.99.

This knife has a strong speedsafe assisted opening and really *snicks* out when deployed. Very solid lockup with zero blade wiggle. Detent is also nice and I can't even begin to shake the blade out. I doubt it would ever come open in pocket.

8Cr13MoV stainless is a solid budget steel that takes a good edge and holds it a reasonable amount of time. You will need to sharpen/true up the blade periodically, and remember all knives need cleaning and oiling maintenance.

It's a very easy to carry knife, and I recommend this particular model to folks looking for their first EDC knife who don't want anything too huge for a budget price.

So wait: because there's logic behind the pride drop it's not a deal? Still a solid price for a halfway decent Kershaw, imo.

Had one of these. Great knife but the 2 screws on the clip are weak. The clip catches on everything and puts pressure on the weak screws. I'd pass if you want a knife that has a clip. In the reviews other have stated the same.

No, it's not a great deal because the price is not anything special. Ebay sellers have the same knife for less than $14 shipped. Wal-Mart has for $16 with free pick up. Decent price but not slick, just my opinion.

This is one of the smoothest "cheap" Kershaws I own. Sample variation is always possible but most people are pretty positive about this knife. Most any knife I like better in my collection costs at least twice as much.

I've had 2 of these. Kershaw makes many decent cheap knives, and the Oso Sweet is NOT one of them.
