Seems like it could handle some light gaming. Nothing to intensive though. Specs look pretty good to me and the design isn't horrible or too thick. Waiting for the deal killing detail...

You can do some SCII with the 1050 (from experience).

How is this different than this one [costco.com] for $650 regular price? I may pull the trigger on that, since it has a warehouse pickup option.

I honestly can't tell if there is any difference, not sure why they're site would have the exact same product for two different prices... The $650 one doesn't list all the specific details that I included in this post

Update: I went into my local Costco and showed them the $649.99 listing. They called a manager over who reviewed it and price matched the $649.99 price for the ones they had in store. I bought it. $706 after taxes. YMMV.

Thanks for the update! I'm going to check my Costco later tonight. How do you like it so far?

Unfortunately I'm at work and bought it on my lunch break. Haven't had a chance to take it out of the box

Get the lenovo ideapad 720S 15" instead. It's much lighter, thinner, more compact, and doesn't look like a gamer laptop. The base model is $880 after coupon from the lenovo frontpage and the $70 lenovo slickdeals coupon. Comes with twice the ram at 8GB and a gtx 1050ti.

Your laptop and this laptop both have 8GB ram. Graphics ram is something else.

This looks like a good deal. I'm also looking at the Acer Aspire 5 item 1197863. Not sure if it worth the extra $100 though.
