this is basically a glorified 1080p monitor. once you go 4K you never go back.

if they doubled the resolution I would consider buying this or another monitor with similar specs depending on price.

Well, it's bezel-less two 1080p monitors, and you're paying $600-700 to get rid of that bezel.

Seem like Samsung really missed the point on this monitor.

Umm this is a 1080p monitor not a glorified one.

Once you go 144hz you never go back. I would gladly give up some resolution for a smoother game play experience. There is a good reason why lots of 4k monitors go 300 dollars on sale while 1440p 144hz monitors are easily 500 dollars and above and rarely on sale.
