$385 free shipping available. Seems like a decent deal if you are looking into a inverter genny, looks like normally this size sales for around $500 and similar go on sale around $400.

On moble so can't add pictures at this time..

from product page,
Features-
The A-iPower SUA2000i provides clean, quiet 2,000 watts of starting power and 1,600 watts of running power. Powered by 79cc A-iPower engine, the generator is ideal for outdoor events such as concerts, camping trips, tailgating parties, racetracks, RVs, and many other applications. At only 46 lbs., you can take portable power wherever you go. At 65 dBA, you are assured quiet operation. With Inverter technology, you are using clean power, meaning it\'s safe for electronics such as televisions, tablets, laptops, and other power sensitive equipment. The inverter module converts the raw power from DC to AC output. The engine speed varies depending on electrical demand, which also significantly reduces noise. The SUA2000i also has parallel capability. With two parallel cables, two generators can link for nearly double the power. You don\'t need any extra external parallel kits any more. It does bring you added convenience while reducing your cost. The generator also features a multi-switch to integrate the start, run and stop functions. This switch operates fuel on/off, choke on/off, engine on/off which provides convenient and easy operation. A built-in fuel gauge on the fuel tank helps remind you when you need to refuel. Equipped with a DC adapter plug, you can conveniently charge your battery or cell phone with a USB adapter.

Interesting... hadn't seen this brand of Yami-clone-powered genny before. I do like the inclusion of the paralleling 30A receptacles and cables - that's another $50-100 you won't have to spend if you plan on connecting two of these. Exceptional deal if service support is respectable... Great reviews on HD's site, though it doesn't appear it's been on the market long. In for one. Thx OP!!

How suitable is this for a TV? I know generators have to provide clean power for some electronics and not all generators do that.

Customer service is apparently non-existent. One of the Home Depot reviewers said he called and emailed the company about an issue and never received a response.

This is $1kire from Home Depot, I'd go that route for the ease of returning if there are any issues.

How long do you need to run your tv and are you watching tv with an antenna or something else? Pure sine wave inverter would be better for electronics but I've been lucky without

Dude this is an inverter type generator lol thats why its so expensive. You could get a 2kw genny for half this price but it would not be inverter type.

So this is exactly what he needs.

This is inverter type, these make the cleanest power and are appropriate for sensitive electronics.

Same tech as the $1000 Honda ones.

Good deal for those without tax. I get $38 in tax tacked on from amazon so the newegg deal works out better for me.

Also anyone have experience with this vs the similar Wen 2000watt generator [amazon.com]?
Wen lists noise at 51dB@1/4 load while AI power lists 65dB@1/2 load.
Makes them a little hard to compare directly.

Probably about the same at the same rpm/load seeing the specs are similar. That is a wierd rating, I have never seen a generator showing quarter load as a selling point that I recall. Seems they trying to trick people not paying attention.
