I'm an owner of both the 2.0 and 3.0, the 2.0 only has one button on the cord (on/off) the 3.0 has 3-buttons (volume up&down and on/off). The length of the 3.0 cord is greater than the 2.0 (see above comment for length specs). The audio quality seems comparable, possibly slightly better on the 3.0 but that could be the 2.0 aging. The 2.0s I have have a braided cord whereas the 3.0 has a rubber texture that holds kinks, this is the only downside compared to the 2.0 IMO. Overall I'm more pleased with my 3.0.

Two problems wrong with your statement above. First, the majority of people here are saying the 3.0's sound great, yet you say they are bad. And two, you have way more than 50 reps, yet your opinion is in the extreme minority. So, having more or less than 50 rep is really meaningless.

I'll put my 2 cents in and say that if you're shopping for audiophile earbuds, then you're crazy to be considering these (or saying they are BAD), but for your average listener (or kids/teens) they work great. My daughter will go through about 2-3 pairs of these a year, and she loves them. I'd rather spend $11 than $50+ ...

I've never seen a problem with them, TBH. She abuses them and more often than not the only issue is the wire into the earpiece goes bad. But again, that's because she falls asleep with them in and winds up tangled up in the morning!

Can't really tell from the two descriptions on Amazon.

3.0
https://symphonized.com/collectio...e-and-gray
Cable Length
48"/1.2 TPE cable

2.0
https://symphonized.com/collectio...phones-red
Cable Length
48"/1.2 shield technology cable

And different color combinations.

That's all I could tell from the company website.

The cable material is the only difference I am aware of. The 3.0 cable is rubber and less prone to friction noise. I own the 2.0 but would like to know sound difference

I've owned both and haven't ever really noticed any significant difference in quality. Both are great pairs of headphones imo and the price is hard to beat for each.

One reviewer claims these have less bass compared to 2.0. But 3.0 has volume control w/ voice where the 2.0 just have pause/play.

Got one to see for myself. Hoping 2.0 goes on sale too. Ill buy both.

I have 2.0. Very nice buds.
Great bass and decent highs. The friction nose sucks but the sound makes up for it IMO.

I bought a pair last week, sound quality is great, they look amazing. Only issue is they do not stay in with any activity so I can't use them at the gym (I have cheaper Panasonic In-Ears that don't fall out no matter what I do). Only buy these if you plan on sitting, maybe walking with them in.
