Good find, but I highly doubt these were originally $100

Totally agree. I always thought Macy's carries high end stuff so I jumped on similar deal last time where MSRP was $100 and on sale for $30. The comforter is already falling apart after 6 months of use. I am now putting Macy's and Kohl's in the same category - over priced merchandise where the sale price should have been MSRP in the first place.

Yes that is true (as are most msrp's in soft goods)- but I think generally they tend to hover in the $40-$50 range? They don't appear all that often on SD, but they tend to do well at the $20 mark.

Avoid the rebate hassle by using the promo code SUP25 to get 10 off 25.

Hate polyester. It'd be good deal for cotton.

Is this a bed in a bag or just a comforter?

That is always the retail strategy, list high retail price and then show 1/10 as the sales price. Still can make 99 % profit. Game of Retail.
