Thank you OP. rarely see good travel deals from Phx. Is this a batter way to travel or a package from a place like Costco?

I went to the Big Island from Phoenix and it was about the same to book through Costco vs. Expedia. I ended up going with Costco just because they take better care of their customers.

Just a heads up - if your budget conscious be sure to check the hotels during your proposed nights (I got a $320 RT from LAX and was in sticker shock when I went to book my hotel).

Or rent a condo on VRBO, save $$ on meals with a full kitchen.

You can find the flights for 12.5k points on BA's site, which is transferable from Amex.

Thank you. I also loved the setup when I did a trip to Tahiti. We had some flight delays which messed up the start to our trip but Costco travel support was amazing and so helpful I will always vouch for them.

Well certainly but depends on what you're looking for. If I can sneak out a week of vacation time I'd rather like to see the sights and do activities with my wife than try to cook and stuff.
Vrbo and Airbnb is fun too. But certainly depends on how long you have and what you want to spend your time on.
