Water cooler for CPU - 60-90 dollars
Powersupply - 50 or so
HDD - 60 or so
Motherboard - 150 or so prob

tl;dr unless you have a means to get parts without inflation prices, prebuilt is cheaper right now

It's like buy one gtx 1070 at 300% of its retail value, get a computer free!

For those who prefer an SSD, you could shell out $50 for one, and then reinstall windows onto the SSD.
