Great deal considering the RX 580 is going for almost $500.00 alone on eBay due to the shortage of graphic cards. PSU manufacturer is not known but should be ok for regular gaming.

According to camel3, this exact model was $580 on 11/24 and $629 on 12//16. $720 is not a good price.

Obviously you have not kept up on GPU prices.

Quite a bit actually. I was able to pick up a rx580 8 GB card from Newegg for $200 after rebate on 11/20. Right now they are going for over $600.

The video card shortage is not going to end anytime soon. Nvidia and AMD won't just start producing more inventory because miners are picking them up and gamers are out of luck. That's not a safe bet. I expect to see the situation turn more more into this where system integrators sell systems as a whole unit at regular prices.

Exactly. Also, neither Nvidia or AMD actually make the chips - this is farmed out and capacity is extremely tight on the chip fabrication side. Production is planned well in advance and if there is a run on GPUs, ram etc, it can take a long time to bring additional capacity online.
