Get H&R Block Deluxe with a $15 OD gift card for $24.99 w/ coupon code 60029804. Code is good until 2/3/2018. The code works for higher versions as well.

If anyone doesn't feel like using the other working method using a downloaded .xml file (https://slickdeals.net/f/11116567-h-r-block-2017-taxcut-software-deluxe-state-9-95?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1) to get Deluxe + State for $9.95 or Deluxe for cheaper, you can get a sub $10 deal if you consider the $15 OD gift card.

Note: Don't forget 2% back in OD rewards and 3% cashback. The deal combos well if you still need to make the $10 minimum for recycling rewards.

The title should match what Office Depot is advertising on their webpage. Also, note that H&R Block Deluxe + State is $22.49, and includes the $15 OD Gift Card. I'll update the post.

I have been waiting for a reasonable deal on TaxCut Deluxe, so I ordered this today. You have to add the $15 gift card to your cart as a separate item. I also added a box of paper clips to reach the free shipping threshold. My state taxes are simple so I enter them online using my state's free site. If you want the federal and state version it is $10 more.

Easy, but you can probably do taxes for free with Turbo Tax Zero. Google it.

I use it with a rental property and investment income using premium. As long as you have the info you need to input, you can go through it pretty fast. After doing this for years, I have the info ready. First time, if you have to look for things, it may take longer.

Take a while to research to define your needs. Some folks certaily can find free alternatives, others will find they need a specific version, or pro help.

Can vouch for credit karma, was 100% free when turbo tax was recommending me to use their deluxe version for my return. Same refund amounts as well.

This is "Deluxe: Federal Only".... not "Deluxe".

Title should be accurate. It's not hard.

If your only income is from an employer and you don't own a home, odds are tour taxes will be super easy.

If you are a contact worker, do freelance work, own a side business, own a home, etc. you may not be able to use a free version as others have suggested. It really depends on the company and what they offer.
