How has your battery life been so far? I'm hoping to get at least 2 days with everything off except BT for notifications and I'd like to leave screen always on since I'm used to that on my Pebble TIme Steel.
I've been charging it every night so far. I could probably pull off two days but no more -- It's usually at 50-70% when I set it charging. I have cellular off, but everything else on. I'm considering turning wrist gestures off since the screen does light up a lot more often than I intend it to.

I received my watch yesterday. Overall build quality seems nice, but the vibration is very weak. I can barely feel the watch vibrating, so I'm missing most of the notifications. I've been using a Ticwatch E for about a month now and the vibrate on that watch is MUCH more noticeable. Anyone else having similar issues? I can't find any vibration intensity settings, so I'm not sure if there is anything I can do about it.

Hows the speaker? Is it doable?
I haven't tried anything that uses the speaker. Like the above response, everyone seems to say it's nearly unusable.

One issue I've had was just last night. The watch was on the charger all night but did not charge any. It was quite warm when I picked it up and had so little battery left there was not enough for the day ahead. I had to drag the charger to work. It must have been misaligned or something. It charged just fine at work.

Edit Re vibration: I find mine lacking oomph too. The old LG G watch was stronger.

Vibration on the wrist was one of the things I liked most about my first smart watch years ago, feeling the notifications better than my phone. I did find myself getting accustomed to even that and missing notifications as I got used to the vibration.

I installed an app called "Feel The Wear" to make it a bit more obvious that the watch is vibrating, but it is still weak compared to my old LG Watch Urbane.

Thanks for the response. I tried out the Feel the Wear app and it did make it a little better. I changed the vibration pattern to three long vibrations, but it doesn't improve the vibration intensity. Now I can get three long (but very weak) vibrations, but I can still barely feel the notification. Is there a setting that I may have missed to increase the vibration intensity?

No there isn't, it's even in the app description that they can't make the motor stronger

I'm satisfied with the watch so far, taking the price in consideration.

I haven't paid attention to the vibration thing yet, but something happened today that was totally crazy and worth trying to understand.

See I'm with Tmobile, and I was within a call when all of a sudden the call got transferred to the watch and because of the stupid speaker and my astonishment I couldn't conduct the call and had to hang up.

Now this is just up there crazy. If I pressed anything to make this happen it was pure accident and I have no clue of what I did.

The only thing that makes some remote sense to me is that the caller was from Verizon ( i dunno) and that I was very close to a Verizon tower and they were conducting two separate calls (one to someone else) and the watch somehow capture one of the calls and at the same time gave a signal to my phone to drop the phone side of the call. Crazy enough?

But outside of that the alternatives are even weirder. Verizon LTE band is not even close to Tmobile's. The bluetooth stack is not supposed to support audio. I've been sober for a while now.

I looked pretty stupid looking at my phone and my watch in disbelief and not knowing what to do. The call was work related and very important. So hanging up without checking everything in detail was the quickest solution.

So, if my first bizarre theory is not true, then there is a way to have a call transferred to the phone. But you may not want to, because the speaker was more like a bunch of buzzing flies on my wrist and I couldn't even tell if they were hearing me.

Or... I had a flashback, again...

EDIT
Oh, I should have visited XDA first. They say the bluetooth problem means that you can "hear" them but they can't hear you. So that makes sense. I just need to find out how to avoid doing that by accident again.

Thanks for the poster who recommended facer app. Rocking a pipboy face on my $50 watch. Getting 1 1/2 days on a single charge with everything but Ok google recognition and BT turned off. Only regret is I didn't buy one for a backup.

So what setting or where to go to turn on/off OK Google? I was saying OK Google to the watch but nothing happened. Thanks.

Its under settings personalization. In order to use it watch face has to be woken through touch or tilt to wake.

Is it possible to use this as a pet tracking device since it has built in gps? Maybe along with some app? Would be great if you could. Also hows the web browsing on this?
Not really. You'd need to have an internet connection to use it as a pet tracker which means you'd have to use the LTE signal from the watch which means you'd have to activate the watch on a Verizon plan. Even with all that set up, the battery is only gonna last about 24hrs max with GPS and LTE on, so if Fido is lost and you don't find him in the first 24hrs then someone else will probably adopt your dog AND your watch Smilie

Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't mind paying $5-$10 a month and charging it daily. Just figured it would be useful for that purpose if it were a possibility.

Yes, I feel the same way, I hate that the vibrations are so weak.
