FWIW, the 16-oz at $5.99 is exactly the same price per ounce. Also an add-on item.

Also on sale at Publix BOGO this week (if you have a publix). 6 oz cans, $3.89

Which makes it $7.78 for 24oz.

Thanks. Picked up some 8oz bags of both Almonds and cashews last week On clearance at walmart for 2.50 each. Only got two bags. Would've gotten more if I had realized what a good deal they were.

Walgreens ran 16 oz last week for $5.99. This sale recurs cyclically so be patient and you won't get overcharged. Accrued loyalty points can cut the price even further.

That would make it a little cheaper...

Assuming your into the loyalty points.

15 bucks for 3 pounds of Kirkland Brand Almonds at Costco (high-quality California Almonds). Then roast it yourself. Blue Diamond always charges way too much for the basic varieties!

CVS does this as well! A deal just ended this past week where they were $5.99 for a 1lb bag. Plus you got 10 bucks CVS cash if you spent 30 dollars. I usually stock up when they run deals like these.
