Constructed with the same attention to quality and detail that's made Goodyear a top name in American manufacturing for over 115 years. The Teton hiking boots are built to withstand everything from a hard day's work to a rugged mountain trail.

Buyer be wary. I am not a brand or gear snob by any means, but I would be extremely hesitant to take cheap boots for more than a few miles on any sort of trail. Footwear can literally make or break a trip. One of the very few things IMO are worth investing in.

If you're gonna drive to a campsite and use these to walk around in, however; then game on!

Totally agree. Even good brand name shoes can be PITA sometimes. Had to almost carry my wife back to the parking once because the pair of Cabelas hiking shoes I got for her were hurting her feet.
Learned our lesson the hard way. ALWAYS test new pairs of hiking shoes/boots before going on long hikes.

These look more like hiking boots to me.

Thanks OP! I bought 2 sizes and will keep the ones that fit best. If they are junk, they will both be returned.

Having bought these and a different brand, do not buy work shoes from Wal-Mart. Just spend the 60-100 for a decent work boot/shoe.

Yes, but steel toed would be better if using for a true work boot.

These are more for hiking than work. For $20 for light use they might be ok for some.
