Over 1,000 reviews on Amazon give this a 4.5 out of 5 star overall rating. This also matches several previous Frontpage deals. -Corwin

looking for a switch. anyone have this, some reviews claim there is an audible whine, most likely coming from power cord, just curious if anyone has this and has had that issue

I have this. And I'm not 100% sure. But that would explain some issues I've had with my roku lately. could be related to something else. But audible whine sure sounds like an issue I've experienced lately using this.

Got one of these a couple of years ago and recently replaced a DLink switch that died with it. Within a week it started dropping connections and a week later it didn't work at all until power down reset. Had to do that every day.

Returned it under excellent 3 year warranty, but the replacement did the same thing.

Not going to waste another $5 to return it again.

Get something else. Frown

Not me. I unchecked it and submitted with no problem. I did use PayPal to check out.. maybe that's the difference?

These are great, I've had one buried under an entertainment center for the past 6 or so years, very limited air flow, and the thing never quits.

Error Sorry, the promo code EMCPESP49 you've entered is invalid.

Edit: Was signed in to my account, not signed up for the newsletter but you have to click "Find codes in our current e-mail promotion." under "Enter Promo Code" and go thru the ad.

Thanks OP!

I've had one for a few years and have never even had to power cycle it. Great deal.

Yep I've had one of these buried in my living room entertainment shelf without a reboot for years. The only time it gets rebooted is when the power goes out (so about once a month, LOL).
